Thoughts on opponent, Eddie Brahimir? I know that he will know that he was in a hell of fight after we are done.

When and why did you start training to be a Slap Fighter? I started once Dana White announced the Power Slap league, in hopes to one day be able to compete in Power Slap! My dream was to be in the UFC one day and be a champion there, but my dreams were halted when I was training for an MMA comeback, and I suffered a back injury that required me to have surgery. Sometimes, things don’t work out as planned, but once Power Slap league was announced, I once again saw this as a way for me to still be able to compete on the professional level and to become a world champion!! I am, and always have been, a great athlete, and I love to compete, so I am very thankful for this opportunity to be able to make my dreams come true of being a world champion!

What does fighting in Power Slap mean for you and your career? Fighting in Power Slap means everything to me and my career. As I stated, my dream was to become world champion in the UFC when the dream was halted due to a back injury that required me to have surgery, and once Power Slap was announced, it was the perfect opportunity for me to still be able to achieve my goals! And for that, I’m very thankful.

What are your ultimate goals in fighting? My ultimate goal is to become world champion, and then after that become the first two-division Power Slap world champion, build a legacy and help grow the sport of slap fighting.

What’s the worst thing you’ve ever done? The worst thing I have done was having to stop competing in MMA, as I had big dreams and aspirations for myself to build a legacy and to become a great in the sport.

What’s the best thing you’ve ever done? The best thing I have ever done was build a family and become a father of four amazing children. I have a son who is six, a daughter who just turned five, and also have twin girls that are three. They are my everything, and everything I do from here on out is for them and to help give them the best life I possibly can.

Is there anyone you’d like to slap fight against? The ultimate goal is to become world champion, so whoever is champion at that time, but I also have the mindset of ANYONE, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE!

Occupation/past occupation(s): I currently am a butcher and have been for the past eight years. My brother and I own our own Mobile slaughtering and deer processing business that we take great pride in, serving all of west Michigan in slaughtering farm animals such as Beef cows, hogs, lambs and goats year-round, and during deer hunting season we also run a deer processor.
